Reading Habits of Saudis

Standard

A new study has shown that three quarters of Saudis spend at least ten minutes of their time every day to read online, local media reported. The study, conducted by the Arabic Magazine and announced yesterday in Riyadh, has a sample of 10,000 people and took 12 months to finish, said the magazine editor Othman al-Seeni. The study found that 33 percent of Saudis describe reading as a “daily activity” and that most of them read at home compared to schools or public libraries.
